Accredited Investor

Treeview Capital offers many investment funds for Accredited Investors or Qualified Clients only.

To be considered an Accredited Investor according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, you need to meet certain financial criteria (see criteria here). Here are the common definitions:

  • Individuals: You must have a net worth of over $1 million, not including your primary residence. Alternatively, you can qualify if you have an income of over $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse or partner) in each of the last two years and expect to earn the same this year.

  • Entities: Entities like corporations, partnerships, or trusts can qualify if they have over $5 million in assets. If all the equity owners of an entity are accredited investors, the entity itself qualifies too.

If you are an accredited investor, attach your proof of income or net worth here and click "Send File for Review". If you have more than one file, please submit for each file.

We will review your submissions and let you know the result.
