2. Not a Financial "Account" or Custodian

Treeview Capital is your research and advisory partner. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, or custodian.

  • Assets: Your investment assets are held at a third-party custodian (typically Charles Schwab).
  • Control: You maintain full discretionary authority over your accounts. Treeview Capital does not execute trades, move funds, or make final investment decisions on your behalf. You are responsible for the final selection and purchase of any investments.

The accuracy of our recommendations depends entirely on the information you provide. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your:
