After working with hundreds of wealthy investors, it became clear that these exclusive opportunities should not be limited to a select few. However, these high-quality investments were not accessible to many of our friends and family because of high minimums and high fees. It was time to create Treeview Capital, a platform that broadens access to premium investments.

Martin Bublitz is the Principal of Treeview Capital and has been investing in private markets and alternative strategies since 2010. After working directly with high-net-worth investors, he recognized a significant gap between the sophisticated tools used by the wealthiest families and the options available to the broader market. This realization inspired the creation of Treeview Capital, a platform designed to offer lower investment minimums and fees while maintaining the highest standards of professional fund management.
While elite investment opportunities existed, they were often buried under high minimums, layers of retail fees, and the administrative burden of traditional drawdown funds. Martin founded Treeview Capital to bridge this gap, providing a streamlined, automated gateway to the private markets for all investors. By leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry, Martin ensures that Treeview Capital offers a diverse range of investment options, including private equity, private credit, private infrastructure, and real estate.
Under Martin’s leadership, Treeview Capital is committed to a fiduciary-first approach. By utilizing the Evergreen fund model and offering advisory share classes directly through Charles Schwab, he has removed the traditional barriers to entry that once required $1 million or even $10 million in capital. His focus remains on providing a simplified, low-fee experience that delivers automated personalized investment recommendations based on individual risk tolerance and investment timeframes.
