Build across managers and strategies instead of relying on one firm's investment ecosystem. Treeview gives you access to screened funds from established private market managers through the brokerage relationship you already use.
Treeview Capital gives you access to institutional private market funds without requiring you to move your existing portfolio to another investment platform. Eligible investments are held in your Charles Schwab brokerage account, alongside the investments you already own.
Your assets remain at Charles Schwab, an independent custodian. Treeview Capital does not take custody of your money or securities.
Treeview provides investment recommendations and the advisory access required for eligible funds, but you remain in control of your account. You initiate investment transactions, and Treeview does not have authority to withdraw assets from your account.
There is no need to transfer your stocks, ETFs, or cash to Treeview. Add eligible private market investments through your Schwab account while continuing to manage the rest of your portfolio as you do today.
Treeview Capital charges its advisory fee only on the private market investments that require an investment adviser for access. Your existing stocks, ETFs, and cash in the same Schwab account are not included in Treeview's advisory fee.
Our annual advisory fee starts at 0.30% and automatically declines as your billable private market assets increase, reaching as low as 0.20%.
For $300,000 in billable private market investments:
Illustrative 1.00% advisory fee: $3,000/year
Treeview Capital at 0.26%: $780/year
Annual Difference: $2,220
Treeview applies the applicable discounted rate to the entire billable balance. At $300,000, for example, the full balance receives the 0.26% rate.
Treeview also provides access to institutional Advisory share classes when available, which may have lower internal fund expenses than retail share classes.
Already manage your own brokerage portfolio? Treeview lets you add institutional private market funds without turning over your entire portfolio to a traditional wealth manager. Keep your existing Schwab investments while adding private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and venture funds where appropriate.

Treeview combines access to more than 100 screened institutional funds with the convenience of an existing Charles Schwab brokerage account. Rather than limiting investors to a single fund manager or investment strategy, Treeview provides access across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, venture capital, and other private market strategies from a range of established investment managers.
Treeview's advisory fee ranges from 0.20% to 0.30% and applies only to applicable private market assets under advisement, not your entire brokerage portfolio. You also retain control of investment transactions in your Schwab account.
No. Treeview works with Charles Schwab as its primary custodian. If you already have an eligible Schwab brokerage account, you can add Treeview Capital as the investment adviser while keeping your existing stocks, ETFs, cash, and other investments in the same brokerage relationship.
If you do not already have an eligible Schwab account, one can be established as part of the onboarding process.
No. Treeview's advisory fee applies only to the average daily balance of private market investments that require an investment adviser for access through our platform.
Your existing stocks, ETFs, and cash are not included when calculating Treeview's advisory fee simply because they are held in the same Schwab account.
Not for every fund. Most of the funds available through Treeview are open to investors who do not meet the accredited investor standard. Other funds may require accredited investor, qualified client, or other eligibility status.
Fund availability depends on each fund's requirements and your individual circumstances. After you complete your Investment Profile, Treeview's software provides recommendations based on your profile and the investments for which you may be eligible.
Private market investments should generally be considered long-term investments. Many funds available through Treeview are interval funds or tender offer funds that may periodically offer to repurchase a limited number of shares.
Repurchase opportunities are not guaranteed and may be limited, prorated, postponed, or suspended. These investments do not offer the same daily liquidity as publicly traded stocks or ETFs, so investors should be prepared to hold them for an extended period.
