Referral and Compensation Disclosure
This disclosure is required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission:
The person who referred you is a current client of Treeview Capital. If you become a Treeview Capital client and pay advisory fees, Treeview will provide the referrer with non-cash compensation in the form of an advisory-fee credit equal to 33% of the advisory fees Treeview actually receives from you during your first three full months of billable service.
You will receive an equal rebate of 33% of the Treeview Capital advisory fees you pay during that same period. These amounts are paid or credited by Treeview and do not increase the advisory fee otherwise charged to you.
Because the referrer may receive compensation if you become a paying client, the referrer has a financial incentive to recommend Treeview Capital. This creates a material conflict of interest that could affect the referrer’s recommendation.
